This is a really useful book, written by medical professionals who specialized in spinal conditions and one who has experienced debilitating, if temporary, back pain himself. The exercises given in the book meant to strengthen back muscles and help relieve back pain really work. I had read this book years ago and bought it to pass on to a friend. Unfortunately it is out of print, so I was lucky to find it through PaperBack Swap.
