Beautiful gift book.The story of two sisters Julia and Emily HIll who leave England and save their money and join the Willie handcart company in 1852. They together with another woman push their handcarts from Iowa to Salt Lake City. They left too late in the year and did not arrive in Salt Lake city until 14 November1852 in 4 feet of snow. They endured hunger, cold and many hardships along the way.
