LOVED this book. An extremely fast read from cover to cover. Many of the recommendations of what not to do, were things I did all the time thinking it was more important to get the idea accepted than it was to get credit for it. It brought up many things I had no idea I was doing that would reinforce that I was a female more than a power player. I cannot promise these tips will get you ahead per se, but I certainly put more thought into what I can delegate and find networking opportunties. Moving on to "Her Place at The Table" which is more dense but same vein.
