Unlike many "101 Things" this isn't pithy sayings or cute quotes (though there are a few quotes.) This is concrete information, distilled into easy to understand statements. It can't get into nuances, obviously, but it is a really nice overview of a lot of basic business information that relates to people in general.
What are the different areas of business? What's a stock vs a bond? How can you figure out when an investment will have doubled? Where does "the bottom line" come from? etc, etc.
I checked it out of the library figuring it would be a quick interesting read. While true, I unexpectedly discovered I also want a copy for myself--because it's a nice refresher, a good overview, and useful reference to have around.
