Semi-Homemade 20-Minute Meals (Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade)

If you've ever seen Sandra Lee's show on the Food Network, you know she is not one to make things from scratch. Her approach is to open a bunch of cans, packets, prepared items to create something that will go well with the cocktails she favors. Accordingly, this is a cookbook for someone who doesn't like to cook. I like cookbooks where the author actually cooks something with real ingredients in the kitchen. Sandra doesn't actually cook food so much as she assembles food from a lot of packaged items. Given the increasing obesity crisis in this country, it's better if more people learned to make a delicious meal from scratch in 20 minutes rather than using all store bought items full of sodium, transfat, cholesterol, preservatives, artificial colors, etc.
