Finally! A heroine thats savvy, smart and older than me!! 55 year old Chief Detective Frances Harman has a full plate. She has a comatose woman that if she is taken off life support will turn into a murder, a missing child to look for, and aging parents that live 225 miles from her and need constant care and attention. I enjoyed this novel by a British author.
