Klein brings forth some interesting information from interviews with those who know or have met Barack Obama, but there are really no bombshells or revelations in this book. The first part of the book was the most interesting as it deals with Obama's personality and his method of dealing with people. There are gossipy chapters about his rift with the Caroline Kennedy and Oprah that some readers will enjoy. The second half deals with policy.
The book is short and is a quick read. I doubt it will change any minds about the President one way or another. It will confirm to conservatives that Obama is an egotistical, narcissist who promotes far-left policies and it will be considered a hack piece by those on the left.
I didn't learn much from this book and that is why I can only give it 3.5 stars ( and that's generous).
