Bobby Winslow has returned to his hometown Destiny Wyoming to recover from a race car crash that almost killed him and came close to ending his career. He is shocked to discover upon his return that his former girlfriend - the one who dumped him so she could go off to New York to become a model - has also returned to Destiny and is now a cop.
