Steamy, heart pounding, couldn't put this down, alpha males at their worst & finest, alpha female not taking any crap, and so on. That are the 5 best things about this story. We get to see what makes Holly tick but this is a year after she was help captive by the fallen and why she is scared to walk outside her own fortress. Will has been in agony since this platinum clockwork heart ( Holly's invention) has taken over his mind and body and is out for murder Evernight. Until Holly's touch can sooth his pain and temporarily reverse the platinum poisoning. Now Will and Holly have to find out how or what is out to kill Holly and when the truth comes out of their lives have nothing but a game all hell will break apart. We also get to see the real truth of Adam and what his deal is with the fae.
