A prominent Cosmetic Surgeon is found dead in his office, a scalpel in his heart. As Detective Eve Dallas investigates, she begins to believe the killer was a professional. The doctor's records are coded. What was he hiding? Who would want him dead? As Eve uncovers records of young women being treated by the doctor and his son, she begins to suspect that they are selling these women into prostitution. But when the younger doctor turns up dead, Eve recognizes that she was wrong about what the doctors were doing.

This is another very good addition to the "In Death" series. I thought the mystery was great. I liked how Eve and Peabody put the clues together to figure out exactly what the doctors were up to. I also liked that Roarke's family traveled from Ireland to celebrate Thanksgiving with him and Eve. Neither of them is used to entertaining family. As always, it's fun to see Eve out of her element. My rating: 4 Stars.
