Cuddy lines up suspects, the psychiatrists who leads the group, a belligerent cop, a drugged out student. All have alibis. As cuddy goes to the bars and college campus in Chicago he uncovers a cold blooded killer who has committed the perfect crime and a killer who will commit murder again
