The "wifey" in this book is so annoying and makes the most asinine decisions that you just want to shake her. Since you can't actually do this, you may want to just throw the book across the room.
That being said, this fluff of a book is a fine summer read.
But if you want a truly great Judy Blume, get 'Summer Sisters' instead.
