It took me a while to get into this book. I liked both Peter and Kiya but I really only liked when they were interacting with each other. Of course with necessary world building they were not together much until about half way through. After that it was all sunshine and roses for me with Peters old world charm and Kiya's quirky thinking and runaway id. A solid 3 Stars for this read. Ms MacAlister's trademark humor will keep me as a reader for a long time to come.
