It was a quick read, and I enjoyed Ms. McNeal's writing style. Was it earth-shattering? No, but I garnered some inspiration to devise a plan to cut my debt in half.
It did not bother me that she did not pay off her a debt in a year, as that would have been a monumental feat with a $44k salary that she gave up 9 months into her vow of frugality & $21k in debt.
This book isn't going to give you all the answers to your own debt issues, but you will likely find some hope.
