Book Review of You Can Run but You Can't Hide: The Life and Times of Dog the Bounty Hunter

You Can Run but You Can't Hide: The Life and Times of Dog the Bounty Hunter
Helpful Score: 6

After reading this book I wonder how A & E didn't see his problems coming...especialy since A & E sponsored this book..did they even read it!?!?!?!?

I finally had to stop reading it at the point where Dog meets Beth because this book is full of sex, sex, and more sex, drugs, and a lot of language. It makes your respect for the man drop a bit because he was even stating how he knew it was wrong to sleep with the hooker but he just wanted it bad enough he'd do anything to get it. This book just really grossed me out and made me lose a bit of respect for Dog. I have to wonder now about a comment he made on his show before he married Beth. He said that once he got married he'd have to stop sleeping around with people to get information on his bounty's. I thought back then that he was joking, but after reading this book I'm not so sure anymore. Just sad really to find all this out. I knew he did bad things, but it's like he never got out of the habit/pattern and almost like he didn't want to.
