What a hot mess! It took me over half the book to figure out what was going on. I still am not too sure. What's really confusing is the time era. Is it 18 century England or the 21 century or even the future? I didn't understand the social ranks either. Holly did a horrible job defining these things. Luckily every other page was a sex scene which was pretty much what held my attention through the book.
