The notes of cynical humor and wry observations on life as a teacher hit the target. Shannon, a teacher recently divorced from her cheating husband, is transported to an alternate universe where she discovers she is taking the place of the high priestess of Epona. And that she has arrived on the day of the wedding of that same priestess to a real centaur. There is mild sexual content , mostly kissing and hugging. There is sudden plague followed by an inter-species war. Shannon, now known as Rhea, loves her new life and must fight for her people.
