The book Tahn really took me deep into the inner thoughts and struggles of the characters. I could feel their tension, their fear, their memories, and their desires. This was unnerving, even startling at times, since the main character is a professional assassin. But the story develops so beautifully, skillfully portraying the grace and intervention of God, that it made the entire reading experience a joy.
