I was shocked at the depth of Cal's betrayal. I knew something was up with the intensity of his desire to "get" Morgan but this was way beyond my expectations. So when she starts to become interested in Hunter (and he reciprocates), I thought - oh no, here we go again. More dark days are ahead for Morgan. She is truly having a rough time though on a good note, she and Bree are trying to renew their friendship.
I enjoy reading about when life was simpler (the teen years) because it is so difficult now and adult books get mired in the bad so young adult is a refreshing change.
