If you like medical thrillers you will like this one. AT least a dozen times I thought I had the book figured out till the author put a new twist in. I certainly did not have it figured out. I thought the charachters were well developed and the medical info was realistic. I was surprised how realistic the medical stuff was since it was written by a EMT. She certainly knows her stuff. This book kept me well entertained.
