Although I use my own basic crust recipe, I use this pie cookbook almost exclusively now. I bake pies often as we have a yard of fruit trees and just love pie here. My kids grew up eating home baked pies from this cookbook and now that they are in college, one of my sons put this book on his Christmas list!! I'll have to go buy one though since at the moment there isn't one being offered here on PBS. My own copy has pages falling out from overuse so maybe I'll have to get two!
