Book Review of St. Simons Memoir: The Personal Story of Finding the Island and Writing the St. Simons Trilogy of Novels

St. Simons Memoir: The Personal Story of Finding the Island and Writing the St. Simons Trilogy of Novels
reviewed on

A memoire by Eugenia Price, whose many nonfiction books have sold millions. She wrote her first novel after accidently discovering Georgia's St. Simons Island, which figures in her best-selling historical trilogy (Lighthouse, New Moon Rising, and Beloved Invader). She ended up making it her permanent home. From the jacket: "It is a celebration of life and of its surprising goodness even in the midst of sorrow and loss." There are a number of good black and white photos.
I have just started to read this, but as it is only 224 pages in length, feel sure of being able to send it within a couple of days to anyone who wants it.
