I have been hoping to start meditating on verses from the Bible, so I chose this book to help me get started. It is full of information and suggestions on both how to get started and illustrations of exactly how to go through a verse and meditate on it. I am very pleased with its thorough coverage of the subject matter. I have bookmarked passages to review and will begin that soon. If you are interested in learning the skill of Biblical meditation, I highly recommend this book.
