I was very disappointed in this book, but rented the movie to see if perhaps I just hadn't gotten the point. I did get the point. The book is about a woman who got married without a sense of commitment; dumps a perfectly normal husband; has affairs, etc. I just wanted to scream, "Hey lady....get over yourself." The book is about self-obcession and I hated it. Genny
