This is a great series. I did not read in order and this does stand alone. Murder, thriller suspense. Maggie owns a coffee bar and so there is a casual cozy setting, something that i really like every once in awhile in a murder story, verses high suspense right away all the time. Easy read and i did like this author. I will read more from her.
