Liked, but didn't love this book. It becomes quite repetitive in spots but has an interesting premise. An FBI informant is created from a guy who is just drifting around the edges of outlaw society. His writing, which alternates with that of the agent who manages him, is in a totally different voice. I think that is what makes for most of the interest in the book - how they view things differently yet work toward the same goal. As the informant gets deeper and deeper into the world of anti-government and white power groups he finds the attitudes he's forced to mimic greatly disturb him, yet he manages to carry out his mission. A good read.
