This is a good gothic novel with the bump in the night storyline.
Was a bit dismayed by how all the male doctors were so quick to slap a diagnosis on people and move them into a nut house.
But that was the times and how they did things. Was a bit disappointed with the ending.
Loved the family and how they were trying to keep the house and status.
