This book is not your average size book. It is 7 x 4.9 x 0.4 inches. More like a pocket book. That being said, it is still a great book. I just thought I would say that because when I ordered it, I was expecting a bigger book. It's a great size for your crochet bag though. Probably why they made it that size in the first place.
