This was my first introduction to Zac Unger, and hopefully I'll have many more oportunities to visit with him in the future! Reading this book was like sitting down with a buddy and listenening to him tell about his day at work. He doesn't make himself out to be a big hero. The way he tells it, he's just a regular guy with a dangerous job. No cocky attitude, no chest thumping, just a really nice story about the life of a firefighter working in Oakland. If only all firefighters were this humble! :o)
