Interesting concept. This book has some Celtic folklore mixed in with "authentic" recipes from the Celtic eras. I can't be sure that any of it is historically accurate, but it is presented in a fun way with little snippets of lore thrown in for flavor. I'd recommend this book to anyone that is looking for some different recipes and a little lore for fun...but not to anyone that is looking for actual factual data.
