A lot better than his "JAG in Space/Paul Sinclair" series, but by the end, it still felt like a thinly veiled civics lesson warning us about the dangers of not voting and obeying the legal gov't.

Highly over-rated in my opinion, in terms of availability versus demand. Should be opposite to what it is.
