I was on the waitlist for this book for two years, got tired of waiting and bought this one and the next in the series from Amazon. I wish I hadn't bothered. This book, written in the first person, is so poorly constructed, written and edited that I stopped reading it and started searching the text for something that redeemed it enough that I could go back and start over. I didn't find it. The dialog is the worst and I found it too annoying to ignore. People don't really talk like that do they? The settings were poorly done as well. I'll read the next in the series only because I purchased it, but I've removed all the books by this author from my wish list.
