A crazed killer is drowning women in their own tubs and dismembering them. The hunt for the killer is on. After the first killing, the details focus on the hunt. That was good for me as I do not want or need blow by blow on violence. I prefer the emphasis on the hunt. The killer's back story is dispersed bit by bit. I didn't like that the lead investigator's daughter becomes his next in line, but I was not surprised and that was a bit disappointing. Her rescue did surprise me, however, because of who did it. I also did not expect the way the killer died. In the end, I thought it was a very good story.
