Bogie and Bacall graced the silver screen. People collected LPs. Jukeboxes played and Sinatra crooned. In an era that bore a generation of wartime heroes and heroines, men and women realized the value of life and love.

Couples slow-danced night and day; they swung to the jitterbug. Big bands played and heroes came home. It was a decade of men who knew how to be gentlemen and women who knew it was worth having all or nothing at all.

Against this backdrop, three couples would risk their hearts to have their dreams. Because in this time, often, the most passionate lovers were once...Strangers in the the Night.
