Though I usually like Nicholas Sparks' books, I did not like this one at all, the ending ruined the whole book. I hate books that end bad, its just depressing, like leaving a story without there being a resolution. If you don't like books that end bad I would not suggest reading this one. I do love Nicholas Sparks, I just wish this one would have ended better..
