This book is a hardback book that you would give to someone in the hospital. It logs the visitors, doctors/nurses, flowers and that type of thing so that the person can send thank you notes later and have it as a keep sake.

Young children in for a long hospital stay would most likely enjoy look at the notes people can add to this book during their visits. And I can see this book being helpful to a family caring for a grandparent and needing to have a way to keep track of who to send thank you notes to after the hospital stay.
