The recipes included in this book are indeed interesting. The author claims that they are delicious and easy to do. I might quibble with that last because some concoctions seemed mighty complicated (for example -- multiple baking times, extensive ingredient lists, and instructions). In addition, the author neglected to indicate the size of the pan for some recipes. There is a wide-ranging choice of cheesecakes, including some I would have never imagined -- like guava, green tea, chai, hibiscus, baked sweet potato, and maple bacon cheesecakes.
There is only the photo on the cover, and it does not indicate which cheesecake it is. The recipes also lack nutritional information. Of course, with cheesecake, one doesn't worry about calories. There are a few no-bake recipes. If you like cheesecake, undoubtedly, you will find something to make and enjoy.
