I found this book to be a bit difficult to get through. All the characters from the first book return, but there is, to me anyway, not much development of them. The main character spends alot of time worrying about whether something she saw had anything to do with the murder - even though she really didn't much evidence. The writing seems to be in excruciating detail, especially when the MC is baking. Each step in the process is laid out, which I found not very interesting. Since I have the third book in the series already, I will read it. But if it is not any better than the first two, won't proceed with any more of them.
