Book Review of The Essential Charlotte

The Essential Charlotte

A very engaging book about a young woman who has just lost her mother, an sculpture artist who lived a very artsy, bohemian and dramatic life. Charlotte, the daughter, is very different from her mother and has now found herself in one of the most bizarre situations, orchestrated by her mother, yet. Her father, who she believed was dead, is alive and well and now thrust into her life in an unavoidable way. They must learn to live with each other, literally, and in this way Charlotte is able to heal in ways she never expected.
