Good read with an action oriented plot. In some ways it's a typical espionage plot but I enjoyed the fact that heroine was the superspy and the hero was scientist with a project at risk. Alan and 'the old man' from other Goddard Project books have bit parts and Josie and Nitro [from the Mercenary series of Ready, Willing, and Able] have supporting roles as bodyguards hired by our heroine to guard those at risk in the story. It has some nice touches of humor. [For example: her mom refers to her Lamborghini Spyder as 'that insect car' and the heroine flees the living room after overhearing her oldest brother making love to his girlfriend.] Overall I thought the storyline was more lighthearted than intense. A good read once.

Although there are casual references to characters in other books - order is not hugely important. You could read them in any order.
