This cookbook is a good one for someone who wants the carbs counted for them and layed out. I will say that even though the cover says "8 grams or less" there are a few that contain more. Over all I would recommend this book to a person who has the basics of their diet figured out as it doesn't have all the information needed to begin this type of diet.
