Collection of Niven's writings, framed by commentary. The comments and insider gossip are great fun, and the short pieces are of Niven's usual high quality, but the brief excerpts from longer works too often seem pointless. (If you've read the full work, it's old news. If you haven't, you too often have no idea what's going on and there's really no payoff.)
