I found this book to be helpful in creating an action plan for weight loss. The exercises are mostly isometric and most beneficial, I think, for someone who really hasn't exercised in a while. I appreciate the example of the Cruise Plate which is depicted in several photos in the book. I also appreciate the 7 day meal plan has pictures and portion sizes shown for those people who are more visual learners. There are also great photo demonstrations of the exercises. A list of recommended foods to eat is in the back which I found helpful to use as a guide for eating better and healthier. Well done, Mr. Cruise.
