I did not know what to expect from this book when I purchased it from Amazon as a gift for a friend. I looked thru it, fell in love with it, and now have it on my wishlist so I can have a copy.

I found something on every sketch and every example that I liked. If it was too cluttery looking for my style, I could easily see what I could change to make it work for me. The color examples are inspiring and beautiful. The sketches and examples feel as if they will be easy to duplicate (and make them my style!). The color cards in the last half of the book are simply an inspired idea by the author and SO convenient.
