Taken from back cover:
Eleven stories set in various parts of the world. In Sky Juice, a girl in Malaysia escapes prostitution by becoming a mail-order bride, The Way It Felt to Be Falling is on a woman sky diver, and in The Story of My Life a woman discovers her anti-abortion mother is no saint herself.
I really enjoyed this book. It is a series of short stories, roughly 20 pages each. They were all great stories, leaving you wanting more and wishing, in some cases, that the story was a whole book so you could see what would happen. I really enjoyed The Memory Keeper's Daughter, so I was happy that the author did not disappoint me with this one.
