Don't let anyone try to fool you, this is a very different diet plan that calls for supreme dedication. If you make a mistake, you have to start over again. That alone is enough to cause most women to stay on the straight and narrow road for three weeks. This incorporates a limited food plan, timed intermittent fasting, and a carefully calculated use of food to stoke the fires of fat burning. It is not for the faint of heart, by my reasoning. This author has really studied the plan she espouses and seems very knowledgeable.
