Buddy Lee thought, We been running around breaking people's fingers and tipping over fake cakes, then we ended up grinding a boy into manure, then we got in a fight at a gay club. Ike needed a break? Truth is we're both old and we're both tired as hell. I need a break just as much as he does.

This is the story of Isiah and Derek, a gay couple massacred, one black one white (with a baby daughter), the fathers (Ike and Buddy Lee) seek revenge after the headstone is desecrated and seek the who and the why of what happened to their sons

When I started this I wasn't sure if I'd continue BUT it captured me from the beginning and Cosby writes this story very well, there is a lot of bad bad language but the story just keeps you reading as they go on their journey for justice for their sons
