Sometimes these psychological thrillers are just lacking
In this case it was like watching a 2 hour Dateline with the first hour and 40 minutes nothing but interviews and back stories, so it's the last 15-20 minutes that really fill you in on what is happening
You reach a point you can fill in the blanks and know what is happening and what to expect so when the 'thrill' moment comes it's not a surprise
I like Boland and her books are good but some are very predictable and kind of slow moving, this one was a slow moving story and very predictable so not much surprise at the end
