I find it interesting that most of the reviews for this book are quite lengthy. I think it's because so much happens, there is so much detail, that it's hard to describe in just a few words. I fell into both Rosemary and Rue and its sequel, A Local Habitation, at the very first page and reluctantly surfaced at the end. This is a marvelous series and I can't wait for the next installment. Two of the best books I've read in a very long time.
