By looking at another review, I noticed that the reviewer stated that this was NOT someone who specializes in glucose issues. I googled the name and discovered that Jessie Inchauspe is a female biochemist and the founder of Glucose Goddess.

I have written to Amazon, telling them that this is a knock-off and the author is using the male version of Jessie Inchauspe's name. I think this is illegal. He is defrauding the author of sales.
